Both a hit and a miss
The breathtaking views from my room made for a picturesque stay, while the staff were incredibly welcoming, providing helpful recommendations for local dining.
Navigating the steep access roads was a bit daunting, and the outdated bathrooms needed a refresh to enhance comfort.

The restaurant truly impressed with its authentic Italian cuisine and attentive staff, making every meal a delightful experience.
The rooms, while spacious, felt a bit outdated and in need of brighter lighting to enhance comfort and ambiance.

would definitely go again
Amazing views from the room! It had air conditioning and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fridge was stocked with water, and I enjoyed the free toiletries and hairdryer. The sofa and seating area made it cozy. Also, I got to enjoy a massage at their spa facilities. Very comfortable stay!

The views were to die for, especially from my double room, and the breakfast each morning was absolutely delightful with local pastries. I loved unwinding with the massages offered after exploring, which really made my stay feel more special. The shower could have used a little more pressure, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

Staying here with my three kids was a delight! The hotel is located in the middle of a charming medieval town, making every stroll an adventure. The staff was welcoming, and we enjoyed some incredible views of the surrounding hills during our meals.
For dads, it would be great if the bathroom facilities were more child-friendly.

Stunning views of the Tuscan countryside were a highlight, especially from the spacious double room that boasted an excellent shower. The location atop the hill provided easy access to charming local attractions, while the blending of rustic charm with attentive staff enhanced the experience. However, the hard beds detracted from comfort, and the hotel could benefit from improved lighting and seating in common areas. Overall, the dining experience was remarkable, particularly the grilled meats.

great stay but minor issues
The staff were genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location had stunning views of the hills, which added to the charm of our experience. The breakfast spread offered unique local delicacies that we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. Additionally, I appreciated the easy access to cultural landmarks nearby.
The hard beds made it somewhat difficult to get comfortable at night.
